Made with personal care
Your Magic Photo isn't produced as an anonymous, off-the-shelf product. It's created from the photograph, title, message and video you choose, then checked as an individual personalised order.
The right memory with the right photograph
Each order is checked so the correct photograph, memory and NFC connection belong together. We use the order and memory information created for your Magic Photo to maintain that link through production and final checking.
This matters because when someone taps the photograph, we want them to open the memory that was created for them.
Tested before it leaves us
Before dispatch, we test the NFC connection and recipient memory so we can check that the Magic Photo opens the correct experience.
Your memory stays yours
Your photograph, personal message and video are used to create and provide your Magic Frame. We don't use your personal content for marketing without your permission.
Individual memory pages are excluded from search-engine indexing. Anyone with access to the private memory link can potentially view it, so the link should only be shared with people you want to see the memory.
Made to mean something
The Magic Frame exists to give important photographs more than a place in a camera roll. We take care with the printed Magic Photo, the memory behind it and the final checks because the finished product is designed to be something worth keeping.
If something isn't right
If your Magic Photo arrives damaged, has a fault or something isn't as expected, contact us at support@themagicframe.co and we'll help put it right in line with your statutory rights.
